‘Street Art: The Archaeology of Today’.
Alex Hale is an archaeologist and researcher based at Historic Environment Scotland and runs a Scottish-wide project that considers historic and contemporary graffiti art (instagram.com/scotgraffiti).
The #3M_DO_2019 collective comprises 20 people from across disciplines. The core organisers are Dr Alex Hale, Historic Environment Scotland; Dr Kenny Brophy, Senior Lecturer in Archaeology at the University of Glasgow (twitter.com/urbanprehisto); and Dr Antonia Thomas, Lecturer in Art/Archaeology, at the University of Highlands and Islands on Orkney (twitter.com/assemblagiste).
